As title says, this is my Jack Frost cosplay.. So far!! Still need to paint the staff, sew some straps on the pants and add some frosty-paint.. uhm.. I'm sure there's more.

But I'm gonna wear it as it is now, when I go watch the movie in...about 3 hours! Woooh! Boy, am I excited, even though I already watched the movie in danish 4 days ago... Can't wait to hear the epic English voices for the characters!

I can see I'm going to have quite a lot of questions on how I made all the things, so I'll write it here:
HOW IT WAS MADE
The staff: The "inside" of the staff is made of electric conduit pipe, that I sawed into fitting pieces and glued together with hot-glue. Then I used, what is it called, "wallpaper-glue"(?)(that's what's in the bucket in the top left corner of the picture) to wrap lots of newspaper pieces around the pipe-staff in spirals, all while I glued the blue elwire around too. Found the elwire on eBay.
(I would actually recommend you to use something "harder" than the electric conduit pipes, since my staff is "wobbly", it's very nice light-weight, put therefore also a bit more fragile. If I could change it, I would've used either some stronger plastic pipes or wood (even though it makes it a lot heavier) for the inside instead.)
The pants: Bought in a store and coloured in hand.
The shirt: Pullover hoodie from eBay, used white and white-pearl paint to make the frost (hand painted), and added glitter, using Stickles Glitter-glue.

Whaddya think of it so far? Oh, btw, the hair is not a wig. It's my own hair that I've violated. I also have a wig, but it doesn't look as good because it's not styled properly. xD

This is so amazing! ^ U ^ I'm planning on trying to make the staff too, but I was wondering where you keep the battery pack for the elwire so it isn't visible. I'm having some trouble working that out. > n <

I keep it at the bottom of the staff. It makes it a bit less durable because you can't lean against the staff because it might break in the place where the battery pack is attached to the rest of the staff, but it also makes it less visible. Hope that helped. :)

He's blowin' up. And everyone is doing such a great job. You look fantastic. My girlfriend wants me to cosplay Jack too for our next con. So while looking for pictures this came up.
It's actually very helpful. Thank you so much.

How did ya shape the staff/made out of? Looks kinda complicated? I did a couple staffs of my own..they didn't turn out as good as yours.

What about PVC pipe? That's strong and not wobbly
